Partial COD — How It Works
We've brought back Cash on Delivery — with a small twist.
To keep things fair for both sides, we now offer Partial COD: pay 25% upfront online, and the remaining 75% in cash at delivery.
What You Pay
When you place a Partial COD order, here's how the payment splits:
Upfront (Online): 25% of your order total collected at checkout.
On delivery (COD): Remaining 75% of your order value + COD fee paid to the delivery agent.
COD fee: ₹139 on orders up to ₹1,299 | ₹119 on orders above ₹1,299
Example: ₹999 order → Total = ₹1,138 (₹999 + ₹139 COD fee). Upfront = ₹249. Due at door = ₹889 cash.
Important — Please Read
The upfront amount is non-refundable under any circumstance. This amount entirely goes towards forward shipping (delivering to you) and reverse shipping (returning to us) if the parcel isn't collected. It is not revenue for us — it is a logistics cost. We make nothing from it.
This means if you miss the delivery, are unavailable, choose not to collect the parcel, or cancel after shipping — the upfront amount is forfeited. No adjustments, no credits, no carry-forward to a future order.
If your order is not collected, it will be returned to us. You will need to reorder at full price — the previous upfront payment will not be deducted or adjusted in any way.
Delivery Timeline
Once shipped, deliveries are estimated at 4–8 working days. Delivery cannot be scheduled to a specific time or date. Delays due to courier or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.
Your order is confirmed only after the upfront payment is successfully processed.
