We want you to love what you ordered. If something's off — wrong print, wrong size, not what you expected — we'll make it right.
The Window Raise a return or exchange request within 4 days of delivery.
Condition of Return Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
Clear Out Sale Items Products listed under our Clear Out Sale collection are being sold at heavy discounts to clear existing inventory. These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges — all sales are final.
We recommend checking the size guide carefully before ordering from this collection.
Apart from Clear Out Sale Items, Exchanges Free. One exchange per order. For sizes 2XL and above, additional charges may apply.
Exchanging for a higher value item? Pay the difference at the time of exchange.
Exchanging for a lower value item? If the difference is ₹300 or less, no amount is refunded — the exchange itself is a cost we absorb (reverse pickup + forward shipping of your new item). If the difference exceeds ₹300, the amount above ₹300 will be refunded.
Returns & Refunds A reverse pickup fee is deducted from your refund:
Up to 500g — ₹120
Up to 1000g — ₹195
Heavier parcels — charged accordingly
A non-refundable 5% processing & platform fee is also deducted from the order value. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 5–8 working days after we receive and inspect the return.
Partial COD Orders The upfront payment collected for Partial COD orders is non-refundable in all cases — including non-collection, missed delivery, unavailability, or order abandonment.
This amount entirely goes towards forward shipping (delivering to you) and reverse shipping (returning to us) in case of non-collection. It is not revenue for us — it is a logistics cost we pass on. If a Partial COD parcel is not collected, the order will be closed and the upfront amount will not be refunded or adjusted toward any future order.
Cancellations Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
If you wish to cancel after shipment, simply refuse delivery — do not accept the parcel. Once it is returned to us, we will process your refund after deducting the applicable reverse pickup fee (₹120 up to 500g, ₹195 up to 1000g) and 5% processing & platform fee from your order value — same as a standard return.
Please note: Our products are made to order on order. Cancellations after shipment mean we bear the cost of printing, packing, and logistics — the deductions above reflect this.
