If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.
Returns & Exchanges
- We want to be sure you’re 100% satisfied with your order, which was custom made especially for you. If your order is wrong or you’re not happy with the prints, or if it isn’t what you expected for any reason, our Customer Support will gladly replace, exchange or return any items within 5 days of delivery.
- If you wish to return your order, please note that a processing fee of 95₹ will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of reverse pickup (For parcel weighing upto 500 grams, charges may be higher depending upon the weight of the parcel).
Payment gateway charges (2% of the order amount) are not refundable - For exchanges, there are no additional costs. We are happy to assist you with finding the right product or size to ensure your complete satisfaction.
- Delivery charges on COD orders are not refundable, the value of the order would be refunded apart from the delivery charges if you are not satisfied with your order (2% payment gateway charges are not refundable)
- Note: We offer one-time replacements only!
- "Items purchased from the Women category, which are being sold at high discounts for stock clearance purposes, are not applicable for returns or exchanges. We kindly request customers to carefully review their selections from this category before finalizing their purchases. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we aim to offer these items at significantly reduced prices. For all other categories, our standard return and exchange policy applies. Should you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team."

For applicable returns and exchanges
- You can return your items within 5 days of receipt of your shipment.
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- All items must be returned in their original condition with our box/packaging/ tags/ labels as delivered to you, if a package is received without any of the above no refund will be initiated.
- You can either exchange the product or raise a request for refund.
- We can arrange the reverse pickup, Rs 95₹ will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of reverse pickup and no additional charges in case of exchanges. (will depend on pincode serviceability).
Note: We provide exchange only once per order. In case of exchange with sizes i.e. 2XL and above there will be extra charges.
How can I Cancel / Return/ Exchange the Product:
You can message us on WhatsApp or call us on (M) 7498734548 regarding the exchange, cancellation or return of the product or you can mail us the request on thehabitstore.in@gmail.com
Refunds
- You may request refunds for cancelled orders.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- All items must be returned in their original condition with our box/packaging/ tags/ labels as delivered to you, if a package is received without any of the above no refund will be initiated.
- We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
- We may reject the return request if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned.
- Once we receive the return and it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied as per the terms, within 7 working days.
- To pay for applicable returns or exchanges the amount will be debited from the refund amount.
- We do not issue refunds for shipping charges.
Cancellations:
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, cancellation will be processed once the product reaches us. (Please refuse delivery of cancelled items). You may also cancel an order post delivery if the product is defective or you received the wrong product.
